Refund and Returns Policy
Optimal Sexual and Reproductive Health Solutions (OptimalSRHS)

At Optimal Sexual and Reproductive Health Solutions (OptimalSRHS), we are committed to client satisfaction and the integrity of our specialized Holistic Infertility Treatment, Garbh Sanskar, and Sexual Dysfunction programs and products. Due to the sensitive and customized nature of our holistic health services, our policy regarding refunds and returns is as follows:
1. Services (Consultations and Programs)
Services purchased from OptimalSRHS, including personalized consultations (virtual or in-person at our clinic in Mumbai, Maharashtra) and multi-month programs, are governed by the following refund policy:

| Initial Consultation | The fee for the initial consultation is non-refundable. This covers the time and expertise required for Dr. Sandhya or her team to perform a detailed assessment, including case history, Dosha analysis, and preparation of the preliminary roadmap. |
| Program Fees | Fees paid for multi-month holistic programs (e.g., Holistic Conception, Garbh Sanskar Program, Holistic sexual health treatment) are non-refundable. Our programs are custom-designed for the client, and resources are allocated upon enrollment. |
| Cancellation | If a client needs to cancel or reschedule a confirmed consultation, they must provide 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the session fee. |
| Dissatisfaction | Given the nature of holistic healing, results vary individually. Program fees are for access to the specialized methodology, expert guidance, and continuous support (e.g., Emotional Health Tracker, counseling), and not a guarantee of a specific outcome. |
2. Products (Oils and Powder Sample Packs)
Our products, including therapeutic oils (e.g., Stan Svastya 50 ML) and powder packs (e.g., Dasha Hara 50 Grams), are intended for personal therapeutic use and internal consumption (as prescribed).

| Eligibility for Return | Products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped, due to hygiene standards and the specialized nature of our Ayurvedic formulations. |
| Damaged or Incorrect Items | If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or if the wrong item was shipped (e.g., received Ubvartan instead of Urvara), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. |
| Procedure for Damage | We require clear photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will happily send a replacement product free of charge. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items; only replacements. |
