By booking a Personalized Fertility Consultation, enrolling in a Garbh Sanskar Program, purchasing Holistic Infertility Treatment products, or otherwise utilizing our services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
2. Nature of Services and Disclaimer
A. Holistic Approach: OptimalSRHS provides holistic wellness and consultation services rooted in Vedas and modern wellness techniques. Our programs focus on Ayurvedic infertility treatment, Garbh Sanskar, Sexual Dysfunction, and general well-being.
B. Not a Substitute for Conventional Medical Care: The services provided by Dr. Sandhya and her team (Experts, wellness coaches, psychologists) are complementary and do not replace or substitute conventional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified medical doctor (MBBS/MD). Always consult your primary healthcare provider for any urgent medical conditions or before making changes to existing conventional treatment protocols.
C. Individual Results: Results from our programs (e.g., Holistic Conception, Holistic Vitality & Intimacy) are based on adherence to personalized recommendations, individual body response, and commitment. We offer no guarantee of specific medical, fertility, or wellness outcomes.
3. User Accounts and Confidentiality
A. Account Responsibility: If you create an account on our website or mobile platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
B. Privacy: The collection and use of your Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and Sensitive Personal Health Information (SPHI) are governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your records related to Ayurvedic sexual health treatment and other sensitive services.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Content Ownership: All content on our website, mobile applications, and proprietary program materials (including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the methodologies for Garbh Sanskar and Holistic Conception) is the exclusive property of Optimal SRHS or its licensors.

The price charged will be the one displayed at the time of your order confirmation. C. Refunds and Returns: All purchases of services and products are governed by our dedicated Refund and Returns Policy.
