This Shipping Policy outlines the delivery process, timelines, and charges for the Optimal SRHS line of Ayurvedic wellness products, including our Powder Products (e.g., Dasha Hara 50 Grams) and Oils and Ghee (e.g., Stan Svastya 50 ML).


1. Shipping Zones and Coverage

  • Service Area: We ship to all serviceable locations across India (PAN India).
  • Origin: All products are shipped directly from our primary location in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

2. Order Processing and Timelines

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are determined based on the total order value and weight.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A fixed fee of ₹150 applies to all orders below ₹5000.
  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is offered on all orders with a total value exceeding ₹5000.
  • Express Shipping: Express shipping options are available at an additional charge. To avail this service, contact us before placing the order.

4. Order Tracking and Delivery

  • Tracking Details: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing the tracking number and a link to the courier’s website.
  • Packaging: All products are carefully and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit, particularly fragile items like oil bottles.
  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners typically make 2-3 attempts to deliver the package. If delivery fails after these attempts, the package will be returned to our facility. Re-shipment will incur additional shipping charges.

5. Damaged Shipments

  • If your product arrives damaged (e.g., leaking Almond Oil or crushed Dasha Hara pack), please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at optimalsrhs@gmail.com and provide video evidence of the damage to qualify for a free replacement.
  • We suggest capturing a video while opening the package to claim any damage.
